Search Functionality in the Support Forum

Hi,

Recently when I try to use the search functionality in this forum I am not getting any search results. I have heard from others in the community that this is happening to them as well.

I have attached an image that shows posts and then the results i get when I search for a keyword from the post.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Try google search.

And wait for E-Learning Heroes Forum V2.

Hi Valerie,

There have been issues with the Articulate Search function intermittently for quite some time. Here's a link to a thread with a tutorial on the recommended way to search using Google.

Sorry about the issues you've experienced with searching the forums. It's an issue that our team is aware of and looking into, but using the method described above is a great way to search the forums and also receive Support articles and tutorials to help answer your question.
