I published an Articulate Storyline 2 project for web with HTML and ipad options. It runs fine on my Windows computer but even though I have the Articulate app on my ipad, my library won't find/recognise it, let alone run it.
I found someone with a similar problem on here and the responder asked for the link to be sent, so I'm not sure of the outcome. Hence, I'm asking for similar assistance.

Hi Lauren! Not sure of the similar thread you are referring to, but we can try to get you squared away.
So you are publishing for web as explained here? Do you experience the same issue if you test the content at Tempshare?
If your content is password protected, this could explain the behavior as well. You can read more about that here.
