SEEKBAR: ALLOW DRAG AFTER COMPLETION PROBLEM

I need urgent support. I am about to deliver a project and I am competing with watches.
I have two very urgent issues to solve.
Topic 1: There is a problem in the search section in the menu on Modern Player. If I search before a restricted slide and clicks it starts watching. In fact, he cannot watch a limited slide. This is the problem in the search field.
Topic 2: seekbar after completion
Modern player seekbar after completion setting is selected. After watching a slide, I continue to the next one. When I come back to the previous slide, I have to watch it all over again.
He is released after watching all the slides. Can we release it after watching every slide?
It is released after watching all the slides. But when I turn off in LMS system, the seekbar is not released. I have to watch it again. Can not Save.
I need very urgent support in this regard.

The quickest way for us to troubleshoot is by testing a file! Do you have a file you can share with us?

My first thought is to attach triggers and variables to determine when/if a user can return to the slide.
