Seekbar not appearing on some slides

Hi all, 

I am currently working on an e-learning module and on all the slides, I have set these so that the Seekbar should appear under the Player settings.

BUT... on a number of the slides, after I have published this, this Seekbar does not appear.

I have re-set this in the source file but I still have the same problem.

Is this a glitsch or bug in Storyline?

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing.

Have you taken a look at the slide properties for the slides not displaying the seekbar?

Showing or Hiding Player Features for Each Slide
