Selected Questions for Results Slides are Deselecting Randomly

Hi everyone,
I've come across an issue in a Storyline quiz I've been working on. I need to break the quiz into several 'testlets' composed of 4 questions each. The user only has 2 minutes to complete each testlet.
To make this work, I've broken each 4 question testlet into its own scene and added a results slide under each set of 4 questions to apply a 2 minute timer.
On each results slide, I edit the results slide properties to 'Calculate results for: Selected questions' and choose the set of 4 questions which I want the 2 minute timer to apply to. However, when I go back to edit the slides, some of these boxes in the Result Slide Properties randomly untick (sometime just one checkbox, sometimes more). The change is only visible when I preview the quiz and see that the timer has disappeared from some slides, or when I re-check the Result Slide Properties. I'm not sure what is causing this as it seems to be random and unpredictable but it is very time consuming to have to keep rechecking the boxes in a larger quiz.
I've attached a mini version of the quiz. Any advice welcome.

It looks like you have assigned each quiz question to 2 different results slides, and that's causing some wonky behavior in your file.
To fix this, simply adjust the Results Slide Properties on slide 3.1. You'll want to calculate results for 'selected results slides' and include both 1.6 and 2.5 there.
That small change should make a big difference!

Thank you very much for your response and for looking at the file. Making the final results slide calculate results for 'selected results slides' would be an ideal solution. The only problem is that my "Review Quiz" button never seem to work when I try this (i.e. nothing happens when the button is clicked). Even if I keep my results slides all in one scene, I still encounter this issue. The review quiz button only seems to work for me when I set the results slide to calculate results for 'selected questions'. Then the review quiz button starts to work again and goes through each quiz slide.
Is this just a limitation in Storyline or is there a way to make the Review Quiz button work even when a results slide is calculating results for 'selected results slides'?

Thanks for the explanation, that is certainly helpful.
You are correct, the review is triggered from each results slide, so you'd want to either direct the user back to the individual results slides and prompt them to do the review there or only use one results slide to calculate all the points.
So, back to your original question.
Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
