I have found past projects from another users computer and I am able to view them. What format do they need to be in before I could have another person view the project? I recently sent a module to someone via email, but they were unable to open it once received. I sent it to another person at work via email and they were also unable to open. Is it due to the fact that they do not have Articulate on their system? Please advise.
It would be best to upload your content to some web server (or an alternative like DropBox, GoogleDrive, TempShare) and email the URL to your colleagues.
I'm not familiar with that - but it sounds like it can send large files for sharing. Depending on how you're publishing and looking to have you colleagues view the material, it may act as if they're viewing web published content locally (which you'll see in the article I linked is not recommended). You could publish for CD which is a local deployment and then they'd be able to download the files and play it from their local drive. It may be best to try that method before sharing it widely.

Hi Tammy,
I'd agree with Michael - and there are a few free web server options here.
I have Adobe SendNow. Will that work?
