SERIOUS ISSUE - Files corrupting after adding video

I have now lost 3 massive presentations. I have had to redo 2 from scratch, the other I lost this morning. (I need to publish today!)
I have added a normal video in all of these Storyline presentations. (MP4) Not overly big.
When I save and reopen the presentation, it asks to repair. It 'repairs', and I can see all the slides. When I then try to do anything, it asks me to save. It doesn't then save, and then bombs out.
Looking in the folder, the size of the pp presentation is now 0kb. Everything is gone. Nothing I can do to salvage it. If I try to open a backup copy off my external, I get the same thing.
I am at my wits end. It will be impossible to redo 2 weeks of work in 1 day.

Hi, Tanya -- So sorry to hear you are encountering these issues, and as it sounds like you are on a tight deadline, I wanted to recommend that you submit a case to work directly with our Support Engineers. Please use this form and a member of the Support staff will be in touch with you shortly via email.
Thanks so much.
I have trawled the forum, and found this has to do with the Adobe Bug: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/flash-player-1900185-causes-corruption-in-powerpoint-presentations-articulate-presenter-13#repair
I managed to repair my files. In the process I prayed to all the different deities. I will now be able to publish and upload tonight.
Delighted to hear it, Tanya! Thank you so much for the update and please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist. :)
