Is it possible to set a variable as one thing or another using the LMS? I'd like to have a function within storyline that makes certain things clickable when a user has allowed it using the LMS. It would only need to be a simple T/F variable, but I would need storyline to read the information from the LMS.
I've read things about being able to pull the users name from the LMS and other things, but I was just wondering if this was possible at all please?

Hi Kerry, you can get into the LMS API by using the following Javascript:
var lmsAPI = parent;
Then just call the various functions like:
var userName = lmsAPI.SCORM2004_CallGetValue("cmi.learner_id");
You can then set these as Storyline variables for use in your course.
