Setting Slide Advances Automatically as default.

May 06, 2014

I want all my slide to advance automatically. I tried selecting multiple slides and clicking the slide properties, but that didn't work. Is it possible, so I don't have to go to the slide properties for every slide?

Hi Michael,

The fastest way to change all of your slides within a scene is to select the very first slide in that scene and hold down your SHIFT key on your keyboard. Then, select the last slide in that scene. This should select all of the slides in the range that's clicked.

This also works across scenes as well. For example, say you have two scenes next to each other. Select the first slide in the first scene, then hold down your SHIFT key. Then, select the last slide in the second scene. This should highlight in an even, straight line, and should allow you to change the advancement options for those slides.

Also, you can select multiple slides, but not all, by using the CTRL key, instead of SHIFT.

Let me know if you have any trouble with this, or any questions.

Thanks!
