We've developed a Storyline presentation to host on our internal SharePoint site. The presentation has two embedded YouTube videos. Once the saved web version of the Storyline presentation is uploaded to SharePoint, the presentation plays, but the embedded videos are not playing. Any suggestions?
What version of Storyline are you publishing with? I don't know a ton about SharePoint, and if they'd have any issues with YouTube playback but it's worth checking how the same course plays outside Sharepoint. Could you try using a site like Amazon S3 or even upload to Tempshare? If it plays back there, that's some good information to dig in deeper to what is occurring on the SharePoint side of things.
Thank you for your question Ashley. I'm using Storyline 360. It does play how it should in the tempshare, it just won't load the embedded videos when uploaded to SharePoint.
Thanks for confirming that, Shannon! Like Ashley, I also don't have much experience with Sharepoint--have you tried switching http to https, or vice versa? This article explains why that might help.
Head's up, community! If you have experience with Sharepoint, we'd love your expertise here!
