I am working with a subcontractor who also owns a license for Storyline. I need them to work on some course items before publication. How do I send them a .story file that is not published and so is editable? I tried publishing and then zipping. thanks
we are 8 developers working on one and the same course.
We each develop our part separatly, once they are mature we import them into our master course file. in separate scenes.
If a part needs to be re-edited, the developer modifies it, the scene(s) are deleted from the master course file and the modified one's are imported; This avoids we have to wait until certain parts are finished.

Welcome to Heroes! You would just zip your actual .story file and then share that with your subcontractor.
