If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it!
I'm creating an e-learning which is made of 6, separate, chapters. This means I have created 6, separate files - one for each chapter.
The problem is, since there's only one scene in each project, the numbering of the slides is always 1.x - is there any way for me to change the scene number??
you can remove the automatic numbering and edit the slide titles see this article. Sadly there is no other way (yet) to start at an other number and keep the automatic numbering.
Will you be combining these Storyline files prior to publish? If so, then the numbers will update and reflect the order in which you import them and organize your scenes.

I wish it would start at zero! Always confuses me when I have a menu and six sections numbered 1-7 :(
You can shuffle the numbers by cutting and pasting your scenes into a new order, but that's about your lot.

Erin, can you clarify:

How does it spread out 1-7 over the six sections? Does one of them have two numbers?
1: Menu
2: Section 1
3: Section 2
4: Section 3
5: Section 4
6: Section 5
7: Section 6
:)
Thanks. That helps me understand it. I thought you had a menu with six sections. I didn't realize the menu is one of the sections.
Sorry, in that case, I don't see any other options.
