Help! I have a Storyline 1 course that was published for AICC and uploaded to our LMS. When a learner takes the quiz, which is all T/F answers, the result slide shows 'fail' even though it should show 'pass'. It doesn't appear to register their answers correctly. Any suggestions??
What version of Firefox are you using? Have you checked with your LMS team to see if they provide support for Firefox? You may want to look at testing this in SCORM Cloud, which is the industry standard for testing SCORM content and use a supported Firefox version based on the Storyline viewing requirements.
You can actually test AICC content in SCORM Cloud - that's how awesome SCORM Cloud is. :-) You'll want to follow the directions here to set it up.
Is there anything else different about the two users set up who were able to access it within Firefox? HTML5 isn't supported in Firefox, but if you're not pointing to the the story_html5.html link the user should be shown the Flash content unless they've disabled Flash.

Sorry.... as the subject says... this happens when using Firefox. It behaves fine when using IE.

We are using Firefox V32. We publish for AICC, not SCORM.... so can't use SCORM Cloud.
The LMS team reports it supports Firefox.
Here's the strange thing.... it worked correctly for 2 individuals using Firefox, but not others.
I published without HTML 5 selected and will test to see if this fixes the issue.
Any other thoughts?
