[SL2] Publishing to Word_missing text

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Thanks for taking the time to reach out here. Would you mind verifying that you're running the latest update for Storyline 2, Update 10? There were some improvements made in recent updates for publishing to Word. You can check which version you're on by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline. 

If you're running the latest update and still seeing this issue, would you mind sharing your .story project file here so I can take a closer look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!
