Hi folks - can anyone direct me to troubleshooting help for scaling screen recordings?
My monitors are set to 4:3 aspect ratio and zoom to 100%, but the screen recordings I get back show lots of the area well outside of the red recording area box that I designate before the recording. It looks like others have had some trouble with this in the past. Any helpful hints to fix this problem?

SOLVED: I should have researched better - dual monitor setup is not supported so had to revert to a single screen to get the scaling correct.
