Why are my slide masters grayed out? As you can see in my screen shot, I have a slide master selected which is showing in my main window. However, all of my slide masters are grayed out and I cannot see what is on any of them. The same thing is happening with my Feedback Masters. I am also getting a giant white box with red X when I click on many of the text boxes. Any insight would be appreciated.
Hi, Eva Ann -- Thanks so much for your question and sorry to hear of your troubles! First, may I ask if you are working on your file locally as described here? As mentioned in the article, "Working on a network drive or an external (USB) drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources."
Also, as you mentioned a white box with a red X, we have heard that reported previously and running through the troubleshooting steps listed here is often helpful. Please let us know if issues persist and we'll see what more we can do to assist!
