Are you publishing for HTML5? Does the same issue occur with multiple browsers or just with one?
FYI: I've found that the Wipe animation is fine in some browsers, but it doesn't play in IE. Your chosen transition may have a similar issue. Check it with multiple browsers. If it still doesn't work, then you might need to submit a case to Articulate.
