My problem is that in some slides, I don't have the subtitles icone while it has a voice. But other slides have the icone. Do you know what is the problem ? You'd me very helpful.
I understand you are adding closed captions to provide subtitles for video/audio you are adding to your slides. The issue with the button not appearing may be caused by initially adding other objects on the slide before adding the media file as Storyline is unable to find the media file. Simply click on the media file and the button should appear again.
If this does not work, right-click on the audio symbol on the left side of the slide and add the captions from there.
If the icon is still not appearing, try removing the media file and re-adding it into the slide.
