Just starting with Articulate, I have two problems: I would like to follow the tutorials to get to know Articulate, but the first one (getting to know....) is not active. Second, when I tried to follow the second tutorial and I opened Articulate (new file) at the "Insert" only the button for Record Screen is active and I can't find how to get all the insert-things active. (Hope you understand me - I'm Dutch and my English is a bit "rusty")

Hi Tineke, welcome. I think you have to be on a slide to activate most of the insert options. When you open a new project there is always one blank slide. Select it and then you should be able to use the insert features.
