Hi there, Tracie. I'm so sorry you're running into that error – we'll help you get to the bottom of this!

Smart move to also start a support case with our team! I see my teammate, Eloisa, shared these initial troubleshooting steps:

Make sure Storyline is closed* Locate the file on your local hard drive > Right-click on it > Hover over Open with > Select Articulate Storyline 360

Be sure to let us both know if that helps!

It did to a point. I tried to start a new project on another topic and the system gave me an error. I just a message to Eloisa about it. This is the message I received when I tried to save the new project.

The new file is not showing under Recent on the Storyline screen but, it is listed when I open File Manager.
