Storyline (1) - extra window pops up when emailing results

Hi - I need to allow my learners who successully finish the final quiz to send an emaill to the course administrator w/ their name & address in order to receive free merchendise.

I used a button that, when clicked, invokes a  atrigger, jump to file/url.

(as advised in one post RE emailing upon quiz success)

It functions well, but I am getting an additional window popping up just before the email window pops up (see attached).

Partial code also attached - to pass test - answer 'true' to both questions.

Any idea why I'm getting the extra window, & how to prevent it?
