I have a problem that some of my beta testers brings me but I am unable to reproduce. In this example, after responding to questions 1,2 and 3, the beta tester wanted to go back and after advancing to question 3, this is the result ... an overlay slides. Is there something you can do to prevent this problem ? Is this a Articulate, Flash or user computer problem ?
I'm not sure that I've seen this before. If you are unable to replicate, it sounds like it may be limited to the users computer. Are they able to replicate in another browser or is this only an issue that is happening in Firefox?
