Storyline 2--Adding immediate feedback to fill in blank questions

Apr 17, 2018

An instructor wants me to build a project that provides immediate feedback when a student fills in a blank.  His intention is to have a slide with many fill-in-blank answers and doesn't want them to be required to click the submit button to find out that they have made mistakes.  He would like them to be able to revise as they go, immediately see a red X on an incorrect answer and submit only after they get all answers correct and marked with green checkmarks.

I am pretty much a novice user who can do a fairly good job with modifying templates after researching answers.  What I started with for this project (before he told me about the modification above) was the fill-in-blank Bible verse Storyline I found in this discussion:

I've attached my MACH1370 Storyline to show you where I am in the project.  Also attached is a screenshot of what he wants in another project.

If you could point me to any tutorials that would help me move forward on this project, I would appreciate any guidance.

Thanks!
