Hi, I am trying to install SL2 (update 7) but every time I try it fails. I have the (above) required .NET framework 4.5, and I've removed every older Articulate product from the computer, in fact it's just after formatting it.
Sorry that's happening, Maor! I'd recommend installing the latest update, which is Storyline 2 Update 12. You definitely don't want to miss all the recent fixes and releases that come with that update!
Hi Alyssa, thanks for your reply. I only have a copy of the 7th update and can't, for various reasons, get the most recent one on the computer I need to install on. I followed the installation directions with no results.
