I have been using Storyline 2 for several weeks now without any problem, until this afternoon. While opening I get a message "Flashplayer 10 or higher needs ...", the application does not open.
I have double checked the flash version. The version is 16 and enabled.

Go here and download the latest Storyline update that adds support for Flash 16: http://articulate.com/support/storyline-2
Storyline 1 is giving me the same message - any update for that?

If you also have Articulate Replay, you should install its latest update as well.
Will this impact any of the presentations I've already completed and published?

This will not affect published presentations.
I also wanted to mention that replying via e-mail attaches your signature to the forums, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
