I have Storyline 2 installed on my work computer and home computer. My home computer does not reflect the recent storyline's created on the work computer.
If you follow Walt's suggestion you'll want to ensure you're backing your file up there, not saving directly or working on them off the network/shared drives as that can cause issues with the files. You'll want to confirm you're working locally as described here.

You need to connect them to a common storage (like Google drive, Dropbox, One drive, or dozens of others) and have them synchronize themselves.
