Storyline 3 Issues

Hi All, I am running into a problem with Storyline 3 output. Throughout my course I have added a fade transition from slide to slide. We have uploaded the SCORM zipped file to our LMS. We have been receiving feedback from about 10% of the learners that they are getting stuck when they are in the middle of the course. See screen shot below:
The learning module turns grey, and the next and previous buttons disappear. I started testing it in the preview section and the only way I could recreate the grey screen is to click the next and previous button really quick. It seems that during the animated transition from slide to slide it sometimes freezes up. Again, it is only 10% of our learners, but that is enough for concern. Has anyone ever experienced the same issues? When we took out all transitions and animations it seemed to fix the issue.
I will share my output settings and maybe someone can help with this issue.

Hi there Brandon, thanks for all of those details! It's helpful to know that you were able to recreate the behavior by testing in Storyline 3 preview, and that removing the transitions seemed to fix the problem.
This sounds a bit buggy, so I tried recreating the problem in a new file. Everything seems to be working normally in my own testing, even when clicking the Previous and Next buttons very quickly.

Thanks for the response. I will send you the SL file shortly. I will have to strip out a lot of the content, but I will leave all transitions and animations in there. I will send to you by the EOD.
