We are creating a mobile App course with Storyline 360 to teach Kids English. The course has a lot of Audio, Video and dynamic activities. The native version of the App is live on Google Play Store and the link for the Progressive WEB App version is www.superkidsenglish.net . We are experiencing issues with Audio in the course. The Audio randomly does not play in some of the mobile devices. Most of the triggers in the course depend on Audio and this cause App to freeze.
If the course is hosted in a custom app, it's not a supported viewing method that I can assist with. Hopefully someone in the community is able to weigh in with advice on how they may have accomplished something similar in the HTML5 output on a mobile device.
Have you tried playing the content in your mobile browser, outside of the app?
