Storyline 360 initial download not working

Good afternoon

I have just signed up to the free trial and downloaded the Storyline 360 file. Articulate is now on my machine but when I install Storyline 360, it just sits there and does not install.

Can you please advise on what might be going wrong and how I can install it. I have tried cancelling the install but it wont do that either.

I would love to get into this so would appreciate help.
