Storyline 360: Publishing a Course to Microsoft Word Jul 29, 2019 By Knowledge Central . I have been trying to publish a course to Word but somehow managed to convert 16 of them, except for 1. How do I troubleshoot this? I've managed to create a Word document for 16 except for 1. I've also followed the same method of conversion as well.

There are a few things I would look into if you've managed to convert 16 courses. Here are troubleshooting tips! If you follow these steps, are you still seeing issues?
