Installing 360 will not over write your SL2 files. One thing to keep in mind, if you click on your SL2 file it will open in 360. Storyline will convert the file to the 360 formate and create a backup file in SL2.
If you open the Storyline 2 application first then open the file it will remain in the SL2 format.
It should be in the same location as your other .story files. You may want to search for it by searching your computer for anything with - SL2 backup.story in the file name.

where are the backup located - I lost a sl2 file when crossing over!
