I am experiencing a problem with text to speech and caption, any form of advice or help is greatly appreciated.
My deck has voice narration throughout the slides but only in my last slide, the voice narration is silent and without caption. When I tested in the slide itself, it works. The moment I preview it, it goes silent. This is frustrating.
It sounds like your audio isn't playing on the last slide when you preview in Storyline 360. Is the audio triggered to play when the timeline starts, or is it triggered to play when something is clicked?
