Storyline 360 update - layer properties

Loving the new ability to keep the Layer properties panel open while navigating between layers. 

I do have one suggestion (will submit) and one concern:

Suggestion - there is no way to tell from the properties panel which Layer is active. Perhaps add the Layer Name in the header/footer bar of the properties panel. Rationale: more efficient by applying different settings across multiple layers without having to check which layer is active - instead 'seeing' the name in the properties panel.

Concern - it may be on my end, but not seeing Base Layer objects while viewing  a Layer. The Layer properties for "Hide objects on base layer" is unchecked (default), yet it appears as if that checkbox is selected. Checking the box on and off makes no change. Bug? (will submit also). Anyone else seeing this?
