Rise 360 courses are fully responsive, meaning the entire course and its content automatically adapt to any screen size and orientation for the best viewing experience.
However, it sounded like you were planning to embed a Storyline block into your Rise lesson. Storyline blocks cannot expand to fullscreen in Rise yet, but we have that ability logged as a Feature Request! In the meantime, I wanted to share this post from another user who offered a workaround you might find useful.
