I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing crashing often when using Storyline!

I am very new to the program and have experienced this from day one. I work 6-8 hours per day in the program and it crashes 10-12 times per day. It seems to happen when I am previewing or editing video's inside the program (cropping/trimming). I can also just save the program and trigger a crash. I have also received a bunch of "low memory" prompts, making it impossible to save work. I am going to follow the "repair" instructions above to see what happens. Here are my computer specs:

  • DELL XPS 17
  • Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900H 
  • 32 gb of RAM
  • 1 tb solid state
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 video card

This is a very fast and capable computer, so I am not thinking it is the device causing this. All work is saved on my local drive.
