Storyline has crashed numerous times today and I ultimately received an exception processing error. Any idea on what would cause this. I was working on formatting questions and feedback slides?
Hi, Theresa -- Thanks for your question and so sorry to hear of the difficulties you are having! May I ask if you have gone through the troubleshooting steps listed here to see if you find improvement?
I also wanted to note in case you weren't aware, when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details in your signature are displayed publicly in the post. If you would like to remove that info, all you need to do is use the EDIT button beneath your post. :)
