Storyline Error Report

I am trying to review and publish a file in Storyline 360. I keep receiving the following error message:

We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close.

Hi Carrie,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with publishing. I'm happy to help sort this out!

Are you saving your project to a shared drive or network drive like Dropbox or OneDrive? If so, I'd recommend saving locally to your documents folder or another folder located on your C: Drive. This article has some tips about best practices when working in Storyline.

If you've confirmed all of those things, I would open a Support case so one of our engineers can take a closer look!
