Hi Lahta!

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to explore further!

✏️ Note: Clicking Send in the error report message will only generate information for our product team to help them investigate potential bugs.

A quick approach and question to help us look into this:

  • Is this happening with any Storyline file? If yes, a simple Storyline 360 repair should help. Here's how.
  • If the error remains, are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can use this private link. We'll review it in Update 44 and let you know how it goes!

Thanks Katie, here is the error codes. Please find the attached .story file with the animated gif.

Hello Lahta!

Thank you for sharing your project! I've tested it on my end, and I'm not seeing the same error message.

Here are the steps I took:

  1.  Downloaded your project file which automatically saves to my Downloads folder.
  2. Opened the project in Storyline 360, and then immediately saved the project to my Documents folder.
  3. Lastly, I previewed the project and saw the gif play continuously.

I'll attach the project to this discussion. Let me know if it works!

hi Lauren,  yes, when I opened and previewed your attached file, I have the same error. Below is the code again.

I have reinserted the gif again, but with the same error.

What else can you suggest? I appreciate your help on this, but if this is not resolved soon, i will have to remove the animated gif from my project.
