Storyline file is not working in preview and after publishing Feb 17, 2022 By Jaspreet Kaur Hi, I am facing a problem. When I publish and preview my file, it shows a blank screen. I uninstall and reinstall my file again, even after that I am not able to see anything. Please help me to solve this.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one? If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I recommend importing the file into a new one and proceeding. If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software. If you'd prefer, you can share your project file privately with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
