I have met fonts issue in Storyline and didn't know how to solve it. When I was processing Burmese courses, the fonts issue puzzled me.
Is the storyline, I use Myanmar Text Font for all the texts and it seems normal and displays well. But there is something wrong with the font in Preview Page or Printed XAPI file. (Please see attached images)
Also I have tried other fonts such as Noto Sans Myanmar or Pyidaungsu Book, and these fonts seems have the same issue as Myanmar.
Could you please advise me how to solve this question? Thanks in advance.
We are currently tracking a known bug where Myanmar (Burmese) font/text is not rendered correctly when previewing from within Storyline or viewing the published output when Modern Text is used. I've added your post to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is released.
One workaround that you can try is to use a font like Noto Sans (not Noto Sans Myanmar), and you can use Storyline 360's Replace Fonts feature to quickly switch fonts to see if this helps!
