Storyline issue - everything's tiny!

I created a module for a client in Storyline 2 and sent published files and the source file to him for review.  He opened his trial version of Storyline (I don't know if it's 1 or 2) and everything was tiny.  I'm not just talking about the slides but even the text and icons on the tabs at the top.  And when he tried to preview the module from the .story file it was in miniature as well.  Additionally, it messed up some of the fonts I had used (changing size and spacing).  Has anyone ever seen this or have any information I can share with him as to why it's doing this?

(I provided him with a link to review the published version so he's good to go there, but we'd both like to know what caused this and if there's anything he can do about it going forward.)
