I am creating a class with layers. I went in to add notes per page on the layers and for some reason whatever i wrote on the base layer shows up on every layer (automatically pasting). Is that a setting or did I set it up wrong. I did duplicate layers to go fast before I added notes but I think I have done that in the past and didn't have this problem. The net, net is i want to have different notes per page. Thanks for your help.
Currently the way notes are set up is for the slide, there is not a way to create notes that are specific for a layer. For my courses, when I create slide layers that require separate notes I create headings in the notes section to differentiate between the main layer and every other layer.

If you click onthe little gear on each layer (right side), you can hide things fromt he base layer, and also from other layers.
