I have put together the attached Storyline module, however in Litmos we are experiencing loading issues whereby the module won't play and move to the next screen as it just has 3 loading dots displayed. I have tested the Storyline module in SCORM Cloud and it plays correctly.
Is it possible for you to please check my .story file and let me know if there are settings that would be causing the loading issue within the module itself. I want to make sure this is correct before lodging a case with Litmos.

If the published .story file is working as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would reach out to your LMS to understand the difference in behavior.
