Is it possible to remove the labels from the markers. I have tried making the label and outline transparent but for some reason it still shows in preview. Am I missing something?
Sorry Michael...It isn't the icon i am trying to get rid of it is the label. I assumed that if I made the label background and border transparent it wouldn't show, but for some reason it doesn't make the label disappear completely. I assume I will have to use a button instead.
I too want the label, just no background. I want users to be able to see the description. I used this feature in Storyline 1 and it worked great. Both new and converted files from Storyline 1 will not make the "Label Fill" empty, even though I am selecting "No Fill"
It looks like we reported this to our QA team for additional review. I don't have an update in regards to time frame or a fix, but I'll keep you posted here. In the meantime it seems the current workaround is to use the Eyedropper tool for the Label Fill/border and get the color of the Slide background and then set your label to match that element.
The label fill is set to appear either with no fill or a solid color. You can apply a gradient to give it shading, but there isn't an option to change the opacity/transparency of that piece.

Have you tried the None option for marker labels?

Hi Paul,
If you make it an "audio only" marker - it'll remove the label elements (the part that pops up).

Ashley, can we change the opacity of the Label Fill?
