Storyline Quiz Not Providing Feedback

I have created a quiz in Storyline, however when I preview the content, I am not getting any feedback when I select the correct or incorrect answer. 

Repro Steps:

  1. Feedback is set to "By Question"
  2. In forms view, I've entered feedback for "Correct" and "Incorrect".
  3. I save the entries.
  4. I then preview the entire project.
  5. When reviewing the project I select the "Incorrect" answer on the first question.

Expectations:

  1. I would expect that there would be a pop up or some other type of feedback window showing me that I've selected the wrong answer.
  2. Conversely, if I select the correct answer, I would expect a pop up or some other type of feedback window showing me that I've selected the correct answer.

Results:

No feedback is given for either selection event.

Any feedback/assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for sharing that information here - without seeing your project it's difficult to say what could be happening. Did you check that the questions are set to submit when the user presses the submit button or another trigger element? Similarly on the feedback layers are they triggered to jump to the next slide upon timeline start or something similar?
