Hmmm. I HAVE seen the review show a correct answer as incorrect if the Quiz Slide properties for When Revisiting weren't set to "Resume Saved State." Once this WAS checked off, the behavior was fixed.
Thought I'd post, just in case, but it doesn't sound like the same thing is going on for you. Hope someone else will pop in.
I've seen the same behavior as Rebecca mentioned here - but your scenario sounds like it's reversing the behavior of the correct/incorrect? If you can't share your actual .story file for copyright reasons, you can either share it with our Support engineers which is confidential or create a sample .story file with the same behavior to attach here.
