I am currently working on a module that includes recorded audio. I record the audio within the program, save, and when I go to press the green arrow to preview the audio, Storyline stops working and closes. Please help! I have done the most recent updates for the software and on my system.

To help isolate the issue, can you let me know if this happens with the same audio file in a new Storyline project? If so, it's possible there's an issue with the audio file. If you can obtain or create another copy of that file, insert a new version of the audio file into your project.
Does it happen with other audio files? If so, you might need to run a repair of Storyline.
You can also try importing those slides into a new Storyline project and adding the audio to the new project.
