I'm about to start an eLearning project that needs to be deployed as a desktop app and a mobile app. Has anyone had any experience using a wrapper on a Storyline-built piece? I'm currently thinking of using Adobe AIR as the desktop wrapper and maybe PhoneGap as the mobile wrapper when exporting the module as HTML5. Anyone had any experience doing this? If so, what has been your experience?
I'm currently attempting to use Phonegap Build to create .apk files. I've published with HTML5, and the courses will play once built. However, I haven't been able to get them to play audio or video elements consistently. Mostly that translates to "not at all." I'm still experimenting with cordova plugins, but it's been pretty fruitless so far. Anyone else having any luck?
I had done a test with Storyline and PhoneGap Build, see some info here. Since Storyline output is not a single swf file but a bunch of files, I didn't try using AIR and having to manully add all the external folders and files to the AIR package info.
