Storyline v3 custom graded questions templates?
Jun 19, 2019
Hello all,
I can't seem to figure out how to create graded question templates (i.e. true/false, multiple choice, multiple response, fill-in-the blank, etc.)
Examples:
1) If I select Slides > Graded Question > I see list list of 11 question styles. Is there anyway to modify these question styles so that when I select one, the question will appear in a desired style (placement, colors, etc.)?
2) When I import slides from a text file, they all take on a default plain formatting. Assuming I can figure out how to use templates in Question 1, how do I make Storyline automatically apply a custom template, based on the assigned question type?
Final question, can anyone suggest any advanced Storyline training? So far, I am just 'winging' it. Fortunately, it's a remarkably well engineer authoring tool that is quite logical.
Thanks so much!

Hello Shawn,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your questions.
You do have the ability to create and use custom templates within Storyline 3 and you can check out the instructions here.
It sounds like you may benefit from using Slide Masters and applying those layouts to your course.
As far as training, I'd encourage you to use the tutorials here.
You can also check out upcoming roadshows and paid training options.
Thank you, Leslie.
I will work through all your recommendations tonight. :)
