Hi, Chandu -- Thanks for your question! Do you happen to have a file started that you might be able to share here? That tends to be the best way to get project-specific advice, and you may do so by using the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box. 

Here is a sample that synchronizes text with video. It may have some ideas you can use.

Or if you have a file started, you would also be encouraged to share it for more project-specific insights. 

Create the highlighted text as a separate object that appears at the correct point in the timeline, and disappears when the next portion appears.
